Blender Hummus
Preparation

Open the can of garbanzo beans. Drain the liquid from the can and rinse the beans.
If you prepare your own garbanzo beans, you may use those instead.

Place beans, and all the other ingredients besides the paprika, into a large blender pitcher.

Blend until smooth.
If there is not enough liquid, you may add more olive oil, lemon juice, and water.

Taste and season with more more salt, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin to your liking. Blend with each set of additions.

Pour/scoop into a bowl. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
