Oily Tomato Onion Sauce

This simple sauce is delicous, easy to make, and tastes great wtih some rice and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh tomatoes
  • 4 onions chopped
  • 1 ½ cup flavorless oil (olive oil works well)
  • 3 Tbsp siracha

Preparation

    Add the oil and tomatos to the blender pitcher. Pulse a few times to make more room within the pitcher.

    Add onions and siracha, then pulse until the onions and tomatoes are chopped into small chunks.

    Pour sauce into a large sauce pan and heat to medium-high heat.

    Cover the pan with a lid so that the boiling sauce doesn’t get all over the stovetop.

    Continually heat the sauce and add siracha to taste. When it gets a little darker it’s close to done!
